Jared Rosen is the co-founder and a Managing Partner of IO Capital, where he serves as the Investor, the “I” in IO Capital. Jared specializes in investments in founder-run, durable growth software companies, with a particular focus on vertical and use-case-specific enterprise applications. He partners closely with management teams on company building, using a hands-on approach across product strategy and market positioning, go-to-market execution, and operations to compound value.

Originally from Iowa, Thomas brings a blue-collar leadership style and work ethic to his role, gained from his formative years and from leading companies through significant growth and transformation. He partners closely with founders and management teams on the day-to-day work of company building, from team and culture to go-to-market, M&A integration, and the operating systems that scale a business.
